Elsa C. Cruz, MD
Elsa C. Cruz, M.D., is a licensed Psychiatrist with extensive experience in public and private inpatient and outpatient settings. For over 20 years, Dr. Cruz has been a psychiatric administrator specializing in children, adults, and elders with a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses, such as ADHD, depressive and anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, psychosis, dual diagnosis, and pervasive developmental disorders, including autism and Asperger’s syndrome. Aside from her private practice, Dr. Cruz continues public practice as a Clinical Professor at LAC+USC Emergency Services and is the Immediate Past-President of the Center for Health Justice in Los Angeles (www.heychj.org).
